- You are allowed to buy and own a vehicle, etc. on your own name.
- You are allowed to have driver’s license (SIM) from the Indonesian police department.

The requirements to apply for work visa are as follows:
A. Sponsor Company documents:
- Copy of Company’s Deed of Establishment from Notary.
- Copy of legislation for the company’s deed of establishment from the department of laws and human rights (pengesahan akta).
- Copy of Certification Letter on Company’s Domicile.
- Copy of Tax Payer Registration Number (NPWP).

If your application is approved you will receiving a "telex visa", this process can take up 30 days before a decision is made and the visa granted, when the "telex visa" is issued you can apply for the real visa at the Indonesian embassy or consulate overseas, nearest to you.
