For you intending to hold entertainment show activities with business in its manner or meant for profits such as singer, circus player, acrobat, magician, etc., then the visa type suitable and required for you is by using the type of visa exclusively for artist. By using this type of visa, you are considered as legal for you shall get official permit to hold a show before the public at large at the already assigned places. The official permits you shall receive are from the Directorate General of Immigration, Labor Department, Tourism Department, Police Department, etc. For that reason, for those using this artist visa type are obliged to pay tax USD 100.00 for the show permit valid for 1 (one) month and it is extendable monthly.

• Passport copy and the passport is still valid for minimum 12 (twelve) months.

• Working contract copy (MOU) between the foreign artist and the show holding party.
• Copy of certification letter on the use of show venue from the show holding party.

Remarks:

1. The above-mentioned price is exclusively for show performed in Jakarta.
2. The above-mentioned price is not including:

• The supervisory cost from the police department if the show is to be held in wide and large location.
• The cost for permit from the police department is in the form of Surat Keterangan Jalan (SKJ)/Travel Permit Letter for every foreign artist if the show is to be held outside Jakarta City.
• Special permit document issued by the police department for shows using public areas, if the show to be held outside Jakarta City.
