Visit visa is the type of visa given to foreigner visiting Indonesia for the interest of: Tourism visit, Socio-cultural visit (such as visiting relatives existing in Indonesia), Exchange Student visit inter institutions of Education, Art, and Sport, Governance visit, Business visit such as performing meeting in the framework of purchase-sales agreement transaction, participating in international exhibition, performing field survey and discussing on the traded goods to be purchased or sold in export/import business. Sponsorship is required by an Indonesian company or private sponsor.

• Requirements to apply for visit visa with company sponsor are:

1. Copy of Company's Deed of Establihment from Notary.
2. Copy of legislation for the company's deed of establishment from the department of laws and human rights.
3. Copy of Cetification Letter on Company's Domicile.
4. Copy of Tax Payer Registration Number (NPWP).
5. Copy of Business Permit Certificate (SIUP).
6. Copy of Company's Registration Certificate (TDP).
7. Original of Application Letter from Sponsor.
8. Copy of KITAS / KTP (Indonesia National ID Card) of director.
9. Two company letter heads, signed by the Director and sealed with the company stamp.
   

• Requirements to apply for visit visa with private sponsor are

1. KTP (Indonesia National ID Card) and Kartu Keluarga/ Family Register of the sponsor (guarantor).
2. Copy of personal saving account of the sponsor in the bank.
3. Mobile number of the sponsor.
4. Application Letter by the sponsor.
5. Copy of passport minimum 6 (six) pages and still valid minimum 6 (six) months of the foreign applicant.
6. Passport photo 4 x 6 cm size, 2 (two) photos
   

• The Procedure:

We will arrange the application letter for you , this process can take up to 6 (six) days. When the application is ready you can apply for the visa at the Indonesian embassy or consulate overseas nearest to you. A fee is payable in local currencies for the visa application and duration of stay is depending on the embassies /consulate where the visa is applied.
