The requirements to apply for multiple business visa are as follows:

• Sponsor Company Documents:

1. Copy of Company's Deed of Establishment from Notary.
2. Copy of legislation for the company's deed of establishment from the departement of laws and human rights.
3. Copy of Certification Letter on Company's Domicile.
4. Copy of Tax Payer Registration Number(NPWP).
5. Copy of Business Permit Certificate (SIUP).
6. Copy of Company's Registration Certificate (TDP).
7. Original of Application Letter from Sponsor Company.
8. Copy of KITAS/KTP (Indonesian National ID card) of director.
9. Two Company Letter heads, signed by the Director and sealed with the company stamp.

• Foreign National Document as Visa Applicant

1. Copy of passport (whole pages) still valid minimum for18 months.
2. Having proofs of already using single entry visit visa in the past minimum 2 (two) times.
3. Passport 4 x 6 cm size, 2 (two photos).
   

• The Procedure

When we have received your documents we will start to process. The above document need to be send to Jakarta for approval. If your application is approved you will receiving telex visa, this process can take up 6(six) days before a decision is made and the visa granted. When the telex visa is issued you can apply out the visa at an Indonesian embassy or consulate overseas nearest to you. A fee is payable in local currencies for the visa application and duration of stay - processing depends on the embassy / consulate where the visa is applied. When you get your visa from the embassy or consulate, you must return to Indonesia straightaway, then you will get 60 days free visit. At the end of the maximum 60 days stay, you must exit the country. You can re-enter again whenever you wish. No additional payment are required at immigration.
